This policy describes how LogosGuard handles data when you use our products, including browser-based workflows and browser extension functionality.

LogosGuard ("LogosGuard," "we," "us," or "our") helps users detect and redact sensitive information before it is shared with external AI tools and related workflows.

What LogosGuard handles

  • Prompt text and related page content needed to detect and redact sensitive information.
  • Files and documents you explicitly upload for review or redaction.
  • Account information you enter to sign in, such as email address and password.
  • Product configuration and session data, such as workspace URL, auth token, and local redaction state.

How we use data

  • To authenticate you to LogosGuard.
  • To process prompt text and uploaded files for redaction and review.
  • To return redacted output, review results, and alias mappings to you.
  • To maintain product settings and session state needed for the service to function.

We do not sell user data. We do not use user data for advertising. We do not transfer user data to data brokers.

Retention and deletion

LogosGuard is designed to process data only as needed to provide redaction and review functionality. Configuration and auth state may be stored locally in the browser. Data sent to LogosGuard may be stored transiently to complete redaction or document review workflows and is deleted according to operational retention settings or explicit user or system cleanup.

Infrastructure and subprocessors

LogosGuard may run on cloud infrastructure solely to provide the product. Data is processed only for the purpose of delivering authentication, redaction, and document review functionality.

Security

LogosGuard is intended to connect only to configured HTTPS origins. Data exchanged between browser-based experiences, browser extensions, and LogosGuard services should be encrypted in transit.

Your choices

  • You choose whether to sign in and use LogosGuard.
  • You control what prompts and files you submit through LogosGuard.
  • You may sign out at any time.
  • You may remove the extension or clear browser storage to delete locally stored extension data.
